«윤형근의 집» 개관을 기념하는 전시가 서울에 이어 뉴욕에서도 열립니다. 오는 10월 8일, Judd Foundation은 뉴욕 101 Spring Street에서 윤형근의 개인전 «Yun Hyong-keun»을 개최합니다. 1993년, 도널드 저드의 초대로 윤형근이 작품을 선보였던 바로 그 장소입니다. 이번 전시를 더욱 특별하게 만드는 것은 33년 만에 한자리에 모이는 6점의 작품입니다. 이달 초 «윤형근의 집»을 찾은 플래빈 저드는 연계 전시를 기획하게 된 배경에 대해 다음과 같이 답했습니다. “Good art is always good to look at.” 윤형근과 도널드 저드가 함께 골랐던 작품들을 다시 마주하는 «Yun Hyong-keun»은 내년 1월 16일까지 진행됩니다.

On October 8, Judd Foundation will present 𝘠𝘶𝘯 𝘏𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘨-𝘬𝘦𝘶𝘯 at 101 Spring Street in New York—the very place where Yun Hyong-keun presented his work in 1993 at the invitation of Donald Judd.
What makes this exhibition particularly special is the reunion of six works after 33 years. Earlier this month, Flavin Judd visited 𝘠𝘶𝘯 𝘏𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘨-𝘬𝘦𝘶𝘯 𝘏𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 . Asked what led to the exhibition, he replied: “Good art is always good to look at.”
𝘠𝘶𝘯 𝘏𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘨-𝘬𝘦𝘶𝘯, bringing together the works selected by Yun Hyong-keun and Donald Judd, will be on view through January 16, 2027.
